Shepherd’s House

You will discover how it is made and the passion behind the production of this emblem of good Italian food. Our shepherd produces only with traditional and exclusively organic methods.

The milk that is processed here is milked every morning by the sheep that have a home in the pastures of the farm and the shepherd will reveal some of the secrets of Tuscan cheese.
Our chef will wisely guide you, explaining the process and the secrets of cheese production.

Enjoy a fantastic cooking class, you will learn how to make handmade ricotta according to ancient recipes with our organic products. A pillar of good homemade food to better appreciate the experience of authentic Italian cuisine.
