Blend of the cultivations typical of the Chianti region of Tuscany: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Mignolo. The pressing is carried out strictly cold, in order to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each type of olive tree and preserve its nutritional properties.
