In the medieval town of San Miniato, in the province of Pisa, the 52nd National White Truffle Market-Exhibition awaits you every weekend in November with stands and well-known chefs to taste recipes and products related to this historic local product.
The historic center of the ancient village will also come alive with initiatives and festivals in the days preceding the start of the market-exhibition under the format “Truffle all year round”.
