We want to be the space that finds the coincidence between each of the senses, the precise combination between the taste that floods the palate and the wave of memories that enters through the sense of smell while causing goosebumps on the skin, with the sound of wind in the background that makes the leaves of the vines dance. We want to be the dish that transcends, the anecdote that carries the eternal moment that lasts just an instant, paying homage to our Tuscany, our Cerreto Guidi, our Villa Petriolo.
