The holistic approach of the new project from Villa Petriolo’s Holistic Wellness Retreat goes back to the philosophical root of the therapeutic idea that prefers the whole as a higher entity than the simple sum of the parts. The discipline of wellness and mental detox is not an Eastern privilege but is rather established in the Western tradition since Aristotle’s formulation in the Metaphysics defines it as, “all things that have many parts, and the whole of which is not like a mass.” Villa Petriolo’s Holistic Wellness Retreat is based on the recovery of this very axiom by proposing an all-around wellness place.
The holistic wellness of this place derives first and foremost from the territory in which it is located and which provides the elements for the creation of those products that help the health of mind, body, soul and skin, the first protective filter towards the world. A retreat where wellness is built on many levels: through the proposal of its small restaurant and bar and thanks to the possibility of sleeping inside to complete the cycle of wellness. Food, extracts and supplements are based on the medicinal herbs from the Villa Petriolo botanical garden where the spa is built.

During the treatment, direct contact with the farm’s raw materials, the harmonious fusion of scents and colors, and gentle 6D music will make it a unique experience. Wellness path: daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Treatments: daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fitness area: daily from 09:00 am to 19:00 pm
Advance booking of treatments is required to ensure availability and preferred time for service.
Please give any cancellations with 24h notice to avoid a 100% charge. Arriving late will simply limit the time of the treatment by decreasing its effectiveness and enjoyment. The treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest does not have to be delayed.
It is recommended that you check in at the Holistic Wellness Retreat reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow us to give you a tour of the spa’s oasis of heat and water.
In the Holistic Wellness Retreat, as a place of tranquility, it is required to mute mobile devices and respect the privacy rights of all guests.
The minimum age required to enter the Holistic Wellness Retreat and Fitness Centre is 18 years old.
At the time of booking, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect the service.
To enable us to advise expectant mothers in choosing the most suitable treatment, we ask you to inform us of any pregnancy status at the time of booking. Please note that, for safety reasons, we do not perform massages during the first trimester of pregnancy; however, facials remain available during this phase.
Please be advised that Holistic Wellness Retreat will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep all valuables well guarded in the locker that will be provided to you upon entry. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the bathrobe provided.
The Holistic Wellness Retreat will not be responsible for any kind of accident or injury suffered by any guest or resident.
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited in Villa Petriolo’s Holistic Wellness Retreat environments.
